This is an in-house project I developed while working as an I.T. Support Staff at a private hospital. The system is designed to manage departmental support tickets and facilitate seamless communication between employees and the I.T. Support team. Built using ASP.NET Core MVC and MSSQL, it includes a real-time chat support feature that enables hospital staff to directly interact with I.T. personnel for faster issue resolution.
